We tied the knot in a private Santa Barbara ceremony on June 24, 2024. Two years later, we’re so excited to celebrate our marriage—and our second anniversary—with all of the people we love most. We can’t wait to see you!

Our room block is at Omni La Costa, located about 20 minutes from the wedding venue (Hacienda Santa Fe, Rancho Santa Fe). It’s also close to the beach, LEGOLAND, and San Diego County Fair making it a great option for families.We’ll be hosting both our welcome party the night before and a George's Sunday Send-off here. The resort features family-friendly &amp; adult pools, a spa, golf, restaurants, and on-site shops, so everything you need is in one place.While our room block rate is $419/night typically standard rooms are often around ~$550–$700+/night (with rates easily higher depending on availability and room type) so we recommend taking advantage and making the most of the weekend!

Alternative accommodation recommendations are listed below: IMPORTANT: please note the location of your hotel or Airbnb proximity to the Del Mar Fairgrounds as the San Diego County Fair is taking place concurrently this weekend. Traffic on and around the HWY 101 and 5 Freeway between Solana Beach and Del Mar is HORRENDOUS. We do not recommend any hotels off of Via De La Valle, west of the 5 Freeway as heavy traffic will be inevitable.Should you need to pass through that area, please plan accordingly with traffic.

We request that men wear tuxedos and women wear floor-length formal gowns. Gentlemen, A tuxedo is the traditional and preferred choice for formal events. If you do not have a tuxedo, a dark suit is an acceptable alternative. Ladies, kindly avoid ultra-bright colors and shades of white or beige. Footwear: Any heels or dressy flats are appropriate, as the ground will consist of a mixture of gravel, dirt, and concrete—there will be no grass. June is peak blue whale watching season in San Diego! While tours often depart from San Diego Bay or Mission Bay (approx. 30 miles south of Carlsbad), they offer the best chance to see blue whales and dolphins.&nbsp;Tours are also available out of the Oceanside harbor, just 10 minutes from the hotel in Carlsbad. Early morning and late afternoon tours are generally best for calm waters and optimal viewing.&nbsp;
